Here at XFINITE, we take pride in our shipping speed. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 1-2 business days. We ship to all regions within Canada and most countries internationally. Shipping costs are based on the weight / size of the item(s) selected, and the shipping destination of the order.
For international orders, XFINITE has no control over customs fees / taxes. These customs fees / taxes vary from country to country, based on the retail value of the package. Customers will be 100% liable for paying all customs fees / taxes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unaltered. The item(s) must be returned with all original tags attached and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
*Please note that face masks and headwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.*
To start a return, simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page with a detailed message including your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We unfortunately do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and colour but in different sizes. You will be liable for the cost of return postage charges. However, we will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.
*Please note that we are not responsible for your item(s) until it reaches us, which means that the parcel is your responsibility during transit. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that includes a tracking number since we cannot accept liability for parcels damaged during transit.*

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) is / are defective or damaged or you received the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately by filling out the form at the bottom of the page with a detailed message including your order number so we can rectify the situation.
